Aurora Nomination
OK, so it’s time to nominate works for the Prix Aurora Award, which are the fan-voted Canadian speculative fiction awards. You can nominate up to three works in each category. To nominate, you must be a Canadian citizen (not necessarily living in Canada), or a permanent resident. The person you nominate must be a Canadian: defined as a citizen, not necessarily living in Canada at the time, or a permanent resident of Canada. There is no fee to nominate. You can do it electronically or by mail. It only takes a few minutes. The deadline for nominations is February 5, 2010. The Aurora Awards will be given out at KeyCon in Winnipeg in May.
For a list of some of the eligible works you can go here.
