Regarding formatting: If the story has chapters or sections, should they be done as headings in Word, or should they simply be bold text?

I’m not looking for flash fiction for this one so probably not. Unless you are talking a reprint (I think reprints are special cases).

I’m working on a piece set in Nunavut in the early 60s. From my research, some of the characters would be likely to refer to the Inuit as “eskimos.” Do you have an editorial plan for dealing with the language which is authentic for the era but could be problematic today?
